Seoul Sky is the observation deck occupying the top seven floors of Lotte World Tower, a 555-meter, 123-floor skyscraper in Songpa District. At completion it ranked among the five tallest buildings in the world, and its deck remains the highest public viewpoint in South Korea.
The deck combines a glass-floored observatory, an open-air terrace, and full-circle views over the Han River and Seoul's skyline into a single visit, all reached from inside Lotte World Mall.

Is the outdoor Sky Terrace always open?
The Sky Terrace on floors 119-120 is weather-dependent and can close in high wind, rain, or snow. When it does, your ticket still covers the enclosed observation floors and the glass floor on 118F.
What's the best time to go for views?
Late afternoon into sunset is popular for daylight-to-night transitions, but it also draws the biggest crowds — book ahead for that slot.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not on quieter weekdays: same-day tickets are sold at the ticket booth in the Lotte World Mall main lobby. For weekends, holidays and sunset, book online ahead, since on-site queues are longest then.
Is the Fast Pass worth it?
It gives priority entry for 62,000 KRW, about double a standard adult ticket. That can pay off on weekends, holidays and around sunset, when queues are longest; on a quiet weekday the standard ticket is usually enough.
